Plaque: "Jackson County Historical Society; Jail and Marshal's House Restoration Project No. 29-74-00112-00; Restoration of this property, which is listed in the Naitonal Register of Historic Places, has been funded with assistance of a matching grant form the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, under provisions of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
