Kansas City Street Scenes, Kansas City Club under Construction
Kansas City, Missouri - 17 March 1920 This photograph was taken looking North on Baltimore Avenue. Val B Mintum was standding on the east side of Baltimore Avenue and just South of 14th Street. The building under construction is the Kansas City Club. Construction began in 1917 but stopped during World War I and completed in 1920. This building replaced the former location of the Kansas City Club on the Northeast Corner of 12th and Wyandotte Streets.
