C. Hook and Sons Dairy
Landscape of Hook Dairy north of Outer Belt Road and west of State Highway 35. Today, Outer Belt Road is also known as Missouri State Highway 150 or 147th Street. Today, Missouri State Highway 35 is known as Missouri State Highway 291. Hook dairy is also featured in the book, "Jackson County: Its Opportunities and Resources" pages 51-52.
