Henry M. Beardsley was a prominent lawyer in Kansas City, Missouri, with the firm Beardsley, Gregory and Kirschner, with offices in the Waterworks Building. The family home was located at 520 Spruce in 1901. The Beardsley's later moved to Chicago.
